As the 'Wiskaway' 6000 is counterbalanced, it must be securely fixed to the wall.
To complement our 'Wiskaway' 6000 Wallbeds, we offer a choice of mattresses, all flame retardant to Ignition Source 5. Wipe-clean/'waterproof' and Source 7 mattresses are also available.
In addition to the standard 'Wiskaway' 6000 we are able to offer a special version which can be sited in front of radiators, thus cleverly making use of wall space which would otherwise be unusable, whilst still allowing full access to the radiators behind, for maintenance, etc.
When required, the wall fixings on one side can be unlocked, allowing the bed to swing out of the way, complete with backing board, on casters and hinged fixings on the other side, to expose the radiator behind.
An alternative to our ‘Vertical’ 'Wiskaway' 7500 Wallbed, is our sideways-folding ‘Horizontal’ 'Wiskaway' 6000 Wallbed, which comes in the same choice of finishes, ranging from MFC to plastic laminates and real veneers and is available in single and double, as well as in made-to-measure sizes.
Although we offer a whole range of ‘Horizontal’ wall beds, the 'Wiskaway' 6000 Wallbed, is the most popular choice for heavy-duty contract applications.
